Boil a pot of water. When boiling, add some pasta of your choice. 5 mintues before it is done, throw in frozen veggies and frozen shrimp. About five minutes or so later, all should be hot. Drain and place in bowl or plater. Then add your choice of sause. I like peanut curry best. Or, olive oil and parmasian cheese. Use your imagination. This is so easy, healthy, and good. Or, you can mix with rice if you don't want pasta.

I would like this dish, but hubby does not eat noodles. We use instant brown rice, or country fries and make a skillet dish. We buy salad size frozen shrimp in big bags. I put them on pizza, and we put them in scrambled eggs with vegetables. We stir them into clam chowder. You have made me hungry.

Rice works fine too. Also, fried onion and garlic in butter and oil, add that too it.

You can also fry up onions and garlic in a little oil and butter and add it to this. It's excellent.

I'll have mine with rice and peanut curry sauce. I love shrimp and I often buy a shrimp curry from the chinese takeaway. Your recipe sounds so much nicer so I will have to give it a try.

Last night I changed it a little. I melted oil in a pan and added fresh garlic sliced and sliced onion. When it was very browned, I added it to the rest of the receipe, and it was even more tasty. I used the peanut curry spicey sause and it was outrgeous. Oh, I used mixed stir fry veggies instead of the brocolli too.

This sounds so good! I would add olive oil and garlic, or garlic flavored oil. I love anything with garlic and onion! The peanut curry sauce sounds good, also. I've seen it in the store and never knew what I would make with it. Maybe I'll pick some up. Margie, you've got me interested in cooking all of a sudden! My Mother will think there's something wrong with me, after all of these years!

I too would add some garlic and maybe some green onion and red pepper flakes too. Nummy. Not a love of peanut sauce. Hubby loves the stuff.

If he likes onion and garlic, tell him to fry it in some oil and butter until browned and add it to the dish.
