how is chinese fried rice different from the very old indian fried rice?

i havnt taken the chinese fried rice, though i have a passion for these chinese foodies.. but i am really a lover of the indian fried rice.. i have only heard about it .. is it that all the vegetables are semi cooked ..and too much spice is just avoided..the indian one also adds a less spices as compared to the other indian foods..what do u feel about these fried rice .. specially the chinese one?

what makes chinese fried rice is different to other fried rice is that the beaten egg were add into the fried rice when it is half cook. they add they egg and mix the rice well with the egg. That's why the rice taste egg very much because the egg sticked on the rice. The indian fried rice in my country were prepared with out adding the beaten egg while the rice is in the wok.

LOve the Chinese fried rice, especially thier egg fried rice! its so tasty lol Think it is the combination of the soya and the egg they use along with some other ingredients that Im not sure about.... I never have a chinese meal without I have the fried or egg fried rice with it, its a lovely flavour and adds quality to any of the chinese meals, thats my oppinion anyway! Lynn-Marie

Chinese fried rice has soy sauce in it, indian fried rice has there own special sauce for there own special rice =)
