yes i am totally agree with you .experience makes a man silly or clever but sometimes both the things could be God gifted.situations also plays important role.

I think you are right. Plus the point of view they bring to life. I believe that cleverness, and sense of humor are tendencies we are born with, and then they are fostered by out experiences in life.
