MyLot is on the ball!

I have not noticed that. Usually I do choose best response atleast after one week or ten days. If it is like taht from now onward, it is good. Some people just make the best response very quick.

Wow how cool! Maybe it did. I think it's fair if they should wait at least a day before picking instead of doing so with in mere minutes of posting.

I had not noticed this, but I am so inefficient, I usually do not even try to check best responses for a day or two. I do think myLot is responsive to what we want as a community.

Have been frustrated for awhile. I was keeping a list of my friends that chose the Best Response too soon. I think a conversation is over once Best Response is selected and don't really waste my time or rate the discussion. This will help me since I work outside the home and will have the time to get to my email and respond to them. If you were the catalyst then I thank you very much. Maybe I can toss the list out now.

No I haven't noticed this yet, usually i wait a few days and sometimes even weeks for slow discussions before giving a best response.. I actually start very few discussions and it's not a daily task for me, I will try to check for this the next time i post a new discussion.. But I think this is a good thing, we should always give enough time for more members to contribute to our discussions before "resolving" it by giving a "best response"..

No I haven't but I always leave mine for a while anyway so I would not have noticed the Difference lol. But I think that is good as some People always seem to rush into it.

I think that's a very good move on myLot's part. I noticed some members posting numerous topics and marking a best response after they had only received about three responses. This was most likely so that they could continue posting and not have to revert back to previous topics. Another big improvement for the site!

no I have not noticed, but I will have to keep an eye out and see if this is true!! I guess that is good though so that you have time to pick a best response and have it not be the first one that comes threw.

No I hadn't noticed. I don't usually chose best response until the discussion is idle for a couple of days. Sometimes I will chose earlier if something jumps out at me. But I like to give people a fair chance at responding. Some people are only able to log in once or twice a week, so it seems only fair to wait for a bit giving every one time to respond. I missed you're other discussion but I'll go there next. Thanks for letting us know about it. I'm sure it is a good thing...lol
