There is a slight difference in quality with respect to CAS, DTH transmission. The DTH transmission is superior to CAS (cable tv), the picture quality is superb, especially of movie channels where the DVD quality picture and sound is there to be experienced. Also, the rude cable operator can be bypassed, with a simple scratch card, which can be purchased from a small neighborhood store. So, i think DTH will be a better option for you. However, be cautious find out which DTH operator is good, and watch the performance in your friend/relatives home and then only make the choice. (Because the dealers will try to fool you, and try to promote the operator, who pays him the maximum commission).
