How much money did you spend in a vacation?

You have to list down what are the activities you want to do when you arrive at your destination, book a hotel, and then the food and transpo expenses. Plus, estimate your budget per day over there. You will have an idea around how much you will be spending. In another country, more or less you have to spend more than $2,000 at the least.

It depends on where I go and what I plan to do when I am there. I am going on vacation in May, by myself and I am taking $2000.00, because I will be another country and plan on entertaining my son and his new wife. Normally if it is a week to florida or something i just take $500.00. So depending on where you are staying and how many you have to buy for and how much things cost. As far as money to blow $500.00 should do it for you and a family.

That really depends on where you're going. I've been wanting to go to Thailand and it will cost $200 airfare and I will need about $600 pocket money but probably not in this lifetime hahaha... Here in my own country, a family of 4 of us went to Boracay a popular beach resort and we spent $2,000. It was my mom's treat. Low budget or high budget, it's good to research early to find good deals.
