Top User and Referrers

Has any one noticed that the US is not the top user country but India is!
Top 10 Referrers: India 3, Pakistan 2, US 2, China 1, no country on profile 2. Also 8 of the total have very low points. I guess they don't have to earn points but sit back let others do the work for them and get paid without lifting a finger.
I don't have referrals and that is my personal choice. I don't want my friends to feel obligated to join because of our friendship. If they were to tell me they wanted to become members. I would explain that they could join on their own of be my referral and I would explain that I would profit from that.
What are your feelings on referrals, good or bad?

I am really a bit shy about asking my friends to become my referrals as it could cause bad feeling if they weren't earning anything. I told my daughter about the site and she asked me to send her my referral link. She joined and we were both doing quite well, but now she has taken a break to study for her exams. I have one other referral who is inactive and I'm not really looking for any more.

Yes, I have noticed that India is top user and USA next, there is also a lage number of users that did not identify their country. As far as referrals are concerned I don't have any either. I tell people about mylot but my friends are extremely suspicious of the internet in general. I am here because I enjoy some of the discussions and sometimes I think I can contribute something that might help some one else. The little bit of money is like a little icing on a cake.

My referrals are family and knew upfront that if they post I profit. Some of them are much more computer literate than me, and could sign up easily. I post because I enjoy it, but I would also enjoy having a big group of referrals that are not necessarily family and friends. Money is a good incentive. My son is on myLOt, and he and I are sharing the ideas of some other profitable sites. Hubby just enjoys being on here. My neice joined and has done nothing. It is okay, too.

india has got a big population so the number of users will certainely be more but i think usa will be back in the top soon i think so whoever may be the top lets enjoy and forget where are we from

Well I don't want my friends to join. I rather like having my own little place I can vent about them, LOL. I have tried to get referrals, but I am not very good at it. I don't want to post where it's not allowed, so there goes many sources. I have one, but she never became active.
