If you say I guess so, then should it depend on bad it smells? No. If a person has gas then they should be allowed to fart but Discertion should come into place. Do not fart in restaurants and in places like the Hospital. After all it can cause some to get a heart attack! Look forward to your views on this bad air topic.

Yes you can control it after all it is mind over matter. You just have to shut your valve and think about something other than the fart. One time I did that but it over powered me so I had to let it out. Most of the times though, I can control it. If you eat foods that you are not tolerant to, like cheese and milk, it can cause a build up of gas.

I would think hospitals would be the last place that you shouldhave to hold in your wind as it can be harmful as its natural to let it out. I don't think you can stop people doing it and wouldn't want to.

I think it should be allowed everywhere, but not to the extent that Jimbo said. I think if you can control or hold it, please do. But, if you can't try to do it discreetly. Remember, there's a smell to it, so even when it's quiet, people will know. I eat a lot of high fiber, cruciferous, food and holding it in too much causes pain. My hemhorroids make it hard to hold it all in, so sometimes a little leaks out. I can't always take medicine because medicines give me headaches. Yes, I do fart, (and have 'roids) but I try to be considerate!

LOL. Maybe I should make an announcement before I do it. My mom used to say, after she farted, "that was me" and would giggle. She's always admitted it.
