As an adult, I had one abusive boyfriend. I should have seen the signs but I didn't. And it only got worse as our relationship went on and on. I'm glad I got rid of him.

usualy children have beaten up by thier parents for their naughty behaviours,it won,t affect them,they used to forget it in a long run.but suppose they get corporal punishment...it will affect their phycology and also it may curb them from doing anything, they become dependant in their future.

there is to many variables to answer this question it depends on who beat you up why you were beaten up and how many times you were beaten up as to wether or not you would be effected and to what extent
