downloading

if you are using a program such as limewire,kaazza(sp?), or some other type of file sharing program that is free of charge then yes it is probably illegal and downloading movies that are on DVD are more then likely illegal if you don't pay for them...and yes you can be easily caught when downloading movies illegally...i know this personally as i got caught by my internet provider but was luckly let off with a warning...

There are no rules against downloading the free movies and songs from the net..U can download them safely, no need to worry.

i really dont know if its illegal..dont know anything much of computers..its my sisters teaching me how here..

I am not exactly sure what the rules are, but I have downloaded on both Napster and Itunes and love doing it. Have burned cd's there too. Those are both legal programs.
