how can we fing the used time in mobile???

can any one tell who can we find the usage time of a mobile before buying it. i am goin t buy a sont ericsson mobile for second sale , how can i find its usage time , please help me..

hey go to the call register and you can see call duration and in that you will have call timers and under that you can see last call time, time for all dialled calls and time for all received calls
