Would you rather have a dog or a cat?

i would definitely choose a dog. Dogs are useful in our house rather than a cat.. the dog can guard nor pickup newspaper, etc. Glad to know you are a dog lover too. =)

I prefer dogs. I think they are better protection. I also have birds which is another reason I would rather not have cats.I really dont like the litter boxes in my home and I dont like animals just jumping on counters and especialy in the kitchen because of hair and germs.

I would rather have a dog also. I have had my dog for 9 years now. I love to play and love on him. Cats do not let you play and love on them like dogs do, it seems. I keep my dog in the house. I don't think I could handle a cat in the house any more. We tried that once. I take my dog with me every where I go, just about. I want to get another dog also. They are fun and loveable.

That's a pretty hard pick I like cats becuase they will get out of your way and leave you alone, but sometimes they will be loving and sit on you and let you pet them. On the other hand dogs are fun to have around becuase you always have a play mate and a loving animal to come home to after a hard day at work. But sometimes they can be real pains in the bottom. But even if they bother me sometimes I would rather have a dog becuase they like to play but also are loving and caring. That's why I picked dogs and not cats.
