hey there, we had quite alot of snow a fewweeks back but it was freezing, probably it will get cold up there, i like seeing the snow fall but i don't like going out in it, that's the only bad thing!

I love the snow and I dont drive in it either, we have a giant freezer and in the winter time we stay pretty well stock in case we get flooded in so we usualy dont have to go out in it.

I love snow to.On my country is snowing to.It is verry beautifull,i love it i love to play in the snown, yesterday i play a lot with my dog there.I love it and he does to.

My favorite part is the silence, when it is so quite out you can actualy hear the snow falling ! Hope you enjoy your snow !!!

That's great. But like you say...us over in the east are pretty tired of it now. But it is nice for taking late night skidoo rides and today my children brought their sleds to school as the school is having a sledding day. Isn't it wonderful! I cannot imagine my children never seeing snow. I'm glad that they do get to experience it. But hope it's gone by March! lol

That is so cool. So many wonderfull things they can learn about the snow ! I wish our schools were a little more fun like that some times but it seemes if we get even an inch of snow the schools close and everybady panics.

What a great start to the weekend. I love it when it snows, well at least when the snow is all fresh, it's great when it snows heavy and then there are blue skies for the rest of the day, just perfect weather for going out with the camera taking pictures of nature and stuff like that. I'm not so keen when the snow turns all slushy and then freezes because it becomes dangerous then, but its a real shame when we don't get snow because its great for slow release of water into the ground, and good for the ground to freeze as well. I've seen they've had it quite bad this year on the east coast with ice storms too. We had 1 day of the deepest snow for years just a couple of weeks ago in the UK, must have been about 5cm, 2" or so but it was gone the next day. Anyway, have fun!

I think the deepest we got this year was about 8 inches. I would love to get a foot or two but we rarely get that much around here. Would be nice though, my kids would love it so much !

LOL - I remember those days, getting excited when it snowed, Have lived in CA and TX in the past and didn't get much snow if any. Back home in Michigan - we got a heat wave the other day, 42 degrees and half our snow melted, now it looks dirty and nasty, either want it all to melt or for it to snow again.
Have you run out to make a snow angel or snow man yet?

No, big bummer, it stopped snowing as soon as it got light out. We only got about an inch but it was nice. I hope it snows some more tonight !
