Is your main reason for getting out of bed to tend to the kids? Is it your well paid job? Are you currently motivated to get into a relationship? What is it right NOW that you are focused on and WANT? Is it happiness? Stimulation? Is it to not eat chocolate? What? What? What drives you? What do you Want?

My main reason for getting out of bed in the morning is learn what it takes to make money online. I am not expecting a ton of money to fall into my lap. I do know it will take and dedication. I have that right NOW. My youngest is 2 years old. I want to be in a much better place financially in the next 3 years before she starts school. I missed a few of my older kids school activities because I was obligated to work. I don't want to make the same mistake with Jules.

According to The Secret you are to expect it to fall into your lap. So expect and so it shall be. Write on a piece of paper, stick in on the fridge. I expect to make $100,000 on the internet by December 12th 2007. (alterations are optional). Stay motivated and don't forget your friends! LOL.

Thanks...to both of you and yes I will remember my friends too! I did sign up for associated content. I haven't submitted any articles yet. I spend most of my time on here and the rest of my time with search big daddy. Once I have those two projects in a STABLE (LOL) position, I will tackle associated and a few other projects I put on the back burner. Nice to have you both as friends too!

trouble4u2avoid: me too, on the motivation to get out of bed being to make money online! If you haven't heard of Associated Content, you have now! Of the research I have been doing since January to find legit opportunities, they will pay for articles that they accept. There are enough people that have been paid by them that I trust that they will pay. Mturk pays, and straight to your bank account, but the HITS don't pay much. Once in awhile I do one of the transcriptions that has the highest bonus rate so that I am doing it for over three dollars. However, now that I am beginning to find out other ways to make money, I am not turking as much. I turk now if I can't find something else that pays better or is better to do. and tetchie: I love your goal-orientedness. I think the same way! So glad you added me as friend!!

Obviously I have to get out of bed in the mornings in order to take my daughter to school but, once she's there, I come home and work. I worked for years and years away from home and missed an awful lot, now I've set my business up and am busy building it my motivation is to make a success of it so I can be around more for my husband and daughter. I was so busy when I worked elsewhere I only had 4 weeks off maternity leave when I had my daughter - I worked until the day before I went into labour and was back at my desk exactly 4 weeks later and I could very rarely take days off - I was a stranger to my husband and baby daughter. I don't want to find myself in that sort of stressful work situation again - that's what motivates me every day.

Wow, I can feel your dynamism. Sounds like you got the royal order, "excuse me, would you mind including us in your life!" Balance for Bongoheads. And get a massage every now and then, indulge.

LOL dynamism is a good word but the truth of the matter it's the pace of life these days isn't it? You get so caught up in it all, life can pass you by. I've had to make some major changes in order to have my life back and have time to give to others - so if I don't apply and motivate myself now it won't work and I'll have to go back to what i was doing before.

Good discussion topic. For me its jsut life, good and bad, I want new and different experiences. I like sharing life with my children, partner, pets, family and strangers! I dont get out of bed having any expectations imparticular. I just want to live life to the fullest. My moto is to smile as much as possible because life is short as it is especially if we fill it with depression and stress.

For me, I'm motivated to lose weight mostly. I start every morning highly motivated but then sometimes I lose it at night.

A little treat is okay every now and then, yes? Is that your biggest wanting for this year?. You get out of bed and jump straight into the joggers, and know that you're on your way to looking and feeling fabulous. Peeling off those layers to find you inside, yeah.

My main motivation is the kids. If I didn't have the kids I could get a decent night sleep and sleep in once in a while.

I spent several years being very focused on moving from a place I didn't much care for, to a place where I really wanted to be. It was not just "geographical" but also "philosophical" and "material." The whole thing fell into place about four months ago, and I have to admit that I have been on a bit of a hiatus, with respect to the pursuit of goals and motivations. I suppose my most motivating agenda these days remains "personal downsizing," in terms of continuing to get rid of things, ideas, people, beliefs that no longer serve me, without necessarily replacing them with "new" clutter. All of that is really in service of a deeper motivation to increase my sense of inner peace.

So interesting to see the goal posts move position at different times in our lives. In the end it's all about that internal inner peace feeling, our consciousness. Totally relate to your agenda. Thanks for responding friend.
