The seeds that is! Shelled hemp seeds are rich in Omega-3 essential fatty acids and protein. They are about the same size as sesame seeds and taste a lot like sunflower seeds. I like them sprinkled on green leafy salads. They can also be added to cereal, omelets, yogurt, soups, dips, smoothies, pasta, veggies, sauces, dressings, and desserts. Besides being nutritious, hemp helps to restore the soil and conserves forests, contributing to healthy and sustainable future. To learn more about hemp and hemp seed food products.

Hi, Kathy, I have not seen this product in the US. We do a lot of the same thing with flax seed. I even grind it in a coffee grinder to add it to my cooking.

I wasn't aware that you could eat them! Thanks for some great ideas on how to use them. I will read up a bit on that to help our soil. Gives one a picture of a johnny appleseed spreading the seeds wherever he goes.
