I had a baby 6 months ago, but I'm still taking the Prenatal Pills because they're good for you. Does anyone know what kind of vitamins or whatever make up a prenatal pill? Why they are so good for you?

this is what i have known for prenatal pills, they are usually vitamins... they usually contain or should contain vitamin A, D, E, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B6 B12, and C. most vitamins contain 125 to 300 mg of calcium.. they also contain 800 mcg of folic acid and no more than 5,000 Iu of vitamin A... that's all i can get meaning.. they are really good for you... but it depends on the type of pills you're into... but prenatal pills should contain those.
