I work for the Army as a Photojournalist. It's an AWESOME job. We just got in the D200's and so far it doesn't seem like a bad camera at all. What do you guys think? Have you found any problems with them?

Eggs After a Run

I've read that eggs are good after a run from somewhere, but cant remember from where. So, my question for you is - why are eggs so nutrious for ya after a run?? What do they do for you? What's so great about them?

I'm trying to lose about 10 lbs, but I would also like to gain some muscle. I run a lot, do some core exercises, and list weights, but haven't lost any weight. What worked for you?

rachelzwo Truthfully, I'm attracted to a mans look, but only at first. A guy can be gorgeous, but be dumber than a door nail and that's no fun. Or a guy can be ugly, have a great personality, and I would give him a chance. So, I guess it a little bit of both.

What are Antioxidants? Why should I take them? What do they do? I was told I should drink Pomegranate juice, because it's a good antioxidant, but I was never told why....

I LOVE Heroes. It's the best show ever! With that being said, does anyone know when the new episodes will start again? I havn't had my weekly dose and I'm kind of getting anxious.

rachelzwo No I haven't found anything out yet, but since the writer's strike is over, hopefully they will be up and running soon.

Does anyone know of any companyies that finance high end cameras? I have found a lot of companies that are out of the UK that do, but none in the United States. I hope someone out there can help me with this.

rachelzwo I do stock photos. The best advise I can give is that stock agencies want high quality/high resolution photos. The best way to achieve that is to get a DSLR, although I don't use one. I use a mega zoom camera- Panasonic DMC-FZ30, but I'll be getting one soon....
