A few ideas that are easy, look nice and are low in fat and healthy. 1: Stuff a half of a peach with fat free cottage cheese. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar or substitute on top. 2: Stuff a tomatoe with the same thing as the peach, or water packed tuna, or green veggies cut tiny mixed with fat free or low fat dressing 3: Zuccini cut in half long ways, scoop out center, and place sliced boiled eggs overlapping down the zuccinni. Use low fat or fat free dressing.

Good Ideas. I have a few. Try cutting a apple in half then place swiss cheese or lowfat cheese on top and heat in the microwave. Cut a half of cantalope and place 1/4 cup of cottege cheese in it. Tomote sliced in halves and cheese on it and microwave. Very good all.

The zucchini sounds wonderful, very pretty. I will have to plant zucchini in my gareden this year. I forget how well I like raw zucchini, but it is great. It makes a good slaw , too, for those who do not like cabbage as well.

I like the tomato with tuna but I mix the tuna with mayonaise, similar to tuna salad. Thanks, the others are new so I give them a try

These are great tips. The peach with cottage cheese it it is wonderful. We used to eat that alot for a healthy lunch. It is surprising how much energy you can get from it. It is not too heavy to bog you down after lunch
