i belive the same thing it seems if you get up earlier you are more on the ball and going, but of course for me i also get tired earlier. I am the same way i start work at 7am and get up about 5am and spend some quiet time on the computer and waking up before going to work, but then i seem to run out of steam at about 8pm.

I dn't really have much of a choice since my wrk starts at 6am I have to be at the office before that time. I wake up at 4am and leave my house at 4:45am. You are right waking up early is much better since i seem to accomplish more things unlike when I wake up late. Waking up early also don't cause me headaches. I usuall have headache when I stay in bed long. But occasionally when the weather is gloomy and rainy I just want to stay in bed and cuddle my special someone and my pillows and wrap myself in my comforer :)

i get up really late like around 9am to 10 am. i have classes at night from 6pm up to 9pm and i get home around 10pm sometimes up to 11pm when there are many other things to do in school. i eat my supper then watch tv, then read my books at night. so i make up for the lost sleep during the day by waking up at 9am.i have been doing this for 4years now and i have no problem so far. i still manage to do all my routine, all my responsibilities.

I have an internal alarm clock and tend to wake up 10 mnutes or so before I know I have to get up. For instance, if the real alarm is set for 7:45, I'll wake up around 7:30. Is anyone else able to do his? At the weekend I have to remind myself that it is fine to sleep in!

Most of the Sufi Saints have stressed on the issue of early rising at 3:00 A.M. This is because to devote at least 10% of the total day's time (2.4 hrs) to GOD. Early morning time is really good to be meant for GOD because there is no disturbance, no one is there to call you by ringing phone or on your house and why not start our day with the name of GOD who has given this life to us

I have to wake up between 7 and 7.30am to get the kids up. There have been times when I've got up an hour earlier and I have felt quite refreshed. I like having time to myself. I just don't really find it very easy getting up in the morning! I would rather have extra time in the morning than at night.

Well for me it depends when i slept the other night. On the average i sleep around 3 or 4 at night or u can say in the morning.I wake up around 12-1 in the afternoon.I have shaped my routine accordint to my needs.I m a student and night study suits me a lot more compare to day.I would like to share that to some extent it had badly influenced my routine but i cant do away with this routine.i hardly get to see sun rising in front of my eyes..lolz
