Glow In The Dark Tattoo

Can you believe they have such a thing? Just saw it on tv tonight. I wonder if it's totally safe since it's permanent. It looks neat but I would never get a tattoo.

I wouldnt either i never go any where in the evenings to show it off. Now i have tried the glow in the dark condems thse are wild..LOL...
