Do your children look like the mother or the father? My oldest looks exactly like me, but a whiter version (I'm Asian). My son looks like...we have no idea. He looks like he can pass for a Mexican or Italian, but definately NOT half Asian. Next son looks exactly like his daddy...dead ringer, but cuter. Baby has his daddy's forehead along with the hight and eyebrows, but the rest he takes after me...thank goodness!

My children all have different fathers, yet they all look alike, so I would have to say that all 3 of my children look like me. Our eyes all look alike too, they look like my mom's eyes, so we always refer to them as "Rivard eyes" which was my Mom's maiden name. My step daughter looks like her dad...she has a little of her mom in her, but she could never say that my husband is not her father.

My son didn't look like anyone we knew for the longest time. Then he started to look like a very light version of my husband. Now he's an even mix. He has my eyes and his papa's lips, dimples and his nose is wide like his papa's, but sticks out like mine! His coloring is an even mix between us (my husband is Guatemalan, I'm white Canadian).

Babies tend to (but not always) look like their father when they are born so that the father will bond with their children.
