I need a friendly boost of motivation to get back to my exercise program!!!

I'm in the process of losing weight, and am doing good so far but I have lost ALL of my motivation to keep up my exercise program. I've fallen off the wagon and can't get back on.

don't you feel better when you exercise? i have noticed that even when i skip a day, i feel depressed and emotionally weird. Have you tried a different kind of exercise? sometimes that helps. play some pick-up basketball with a friend or just go on a nice long hike. I hope you get back on that wagon... which really doesn't make any sense as i just told you to take a hike. both meant in the nicest way possible :)

I feel so much better when I exercise. I just got out of my routine and can't get it back. I bought a new work out video but the only people who have watched it are my kids and my husband. Thanks for the support!

There's so much I could tell you but I would be here for days explaining how you can stay motivated. go to http://WomensHealthMadeEasy.blogspot.com Suggestion: 1) find a workout partner 2) Use this blog to get sources that will help give you a regiment to stick to 3) maybe enroll in a martial art (TKD, Karate or Kung Fu) Go to that blog and read it. There's good stuff on it as my friend used some of those sources to help her lose weight. Good luck to you.
