Are the kind of person who's attitude is like this? Do you often give the fault to other people to save yourself... a faultfinder??? what if you are the victim, how do you confront this kind of person?

I try not to point the finger at anyone for anything unless there is no other choice and it is obviously not my fault. I know how it is to be blamed for things you had no part in. I also know how it feels to mess up and someone stand there and point their finger at me like I am some kind of awful person. If someone blames me for something I had no part in, I will call that person out and make them go tell the truth. Id that doesn't work, then I just totally stay away from that person from then on.

That's right. We should not point fingers to others if we think its really us that's responsible for that doing. What is not good for us difinitely will be the same with others too. I admire people who can be brave enough to accept their own mistakes. And if others are doing this to us then we should have the courage to confront them and tell right in their face what they have done. I believe that telling the truth can lead to better understanding.
