Are you totally satisfied with the figure you have? Do you think you have a beautiful body? How many people told you so? Or, Do you you think you are a little overweight and need to cut down on calories and do some excercise? If you have a perfectly shaped body,then kindly tell us some tips to achieve it.

Haha! This is kinda tough.. =) I am satisfied but not totally. I still wish to get the ideal weight for my height. But i don't curse myself for not being able to. A lot of people love me for this. (i'm not trying to lift myself up here but i'm just referring to what most people i know tell me ^-^). They say, they admire me cause despite my huge body (yes, i am a big gir!), i can carry myself well. And i think that is what important. A lot skinny girls out there know nothing about wearing the clothes that will best suit them. And a lot doesn't have the courage to face the crowd. What i'm trying to point out here is, if you love yourself and you can carry it well, then people will also love you. =)

Yeah,I know joby. Trying to get the ideal weight for your height is a big pain!!!! You are right in saying that more important is to be able to carry yourself well. Thanks for your inspiring views.

i need to reduce my weight,..i think i have a bit big size,...and i just don't like it since my spouse is a bit skinny,..Feels i look like his aunt when i walk with him....It's very difficult for me to reduce my weight since my body system are very slow in burning fat,...

Don't bother much qouniq.Its not the end of the world if one can't achieve the so called prescribed figure.Being healthy and fit is what is more important. Plus no one can stop anyone having a beautiful mind.

Exercise is the key... - Exercise is the Key...
I need to cut down on my calories intake. For this i eat lot of fruits instead of normal food, and also exercise a lot to attain a well toned body. Actually i have a little tummy, which i want to reduce very soon. Although, if u forget about my tummy, i look quite gud, and many of my frnds hav told me so. But my galfnd has told me to cut down my wt, and thats y i m working out regualrly...

I think that almost every woman is insecure in one way or another with her body... I'm the same. I love certain aspects of my body, but don't expect anyone else to feel that way. I don't like my legs, as they got big with working out, and i don't like my stomach because i just wish i could lose a few pounds, and my face, well i wish it were a little thinner as well... But that's me.. Many people, especially a certain one or 2 have told me how beautiful they think i am and all that, but i just can't see it... i guess it's all about the insecurities. Calory cutting isn't all that good for a person, because how many you need does not depend on your body weight, it depends on your energy levle, metabolism, and such other factors, but i do some excercise, i do it on and off, because usually when i do it for some time i get a 6 pack, and i absolutely hate the looks of a six pack, on me anyways... men it's okay, but i don't like it on women. If you want the perfect body, i recomend Turbo Jam, you can buy it online, and i believe in stores as well... I bought the tape and i love it, i would do it every day if i could handle the pain that i get in my back (Scoliosis) It's exhilerating, gives you energy, and raises your 'happy hormones' (seritonan) in your brain to give you a really great day. One other thing also, if you want to lose those dredded pounds, eat several small meals, or munch all day long, and excercize in the morning, not at night. This way, you get the best results possible... If you don't think this is a good approach, look up what i said, it's recomended by most weight loss practitioners. Happy Weightloss!

Thanks spitfire for the good tips you have given. I think we are the best and worst critic of ourselves and never feel satisfied with our looks. If it's you in the avataar,then I must say you are a ravishing beauty.

wheeww!! what a question ha!ha!ha! I was in whistle bait body before let say 8 years ago lol!! but when I started to work and be a mom I gained a little weight and that bothers me before specially when some friends greet me and just arrogantly tell me how I gained weight!! I was a bit affected so I came out to a resolution that I should and must cut down some weights and for now I think it works. Being happy with your body and how you look is something that made a positive approach in life and you less worry about how other say to you about your body but for me the most important thing is no matter how skinny or how obese you are but you was been a good person and a friend to everyone and living a life with god's guidance then it is less important to worry on how you look for most matter is how you are as a person within.

It seems I have caught you all off guard with this question.Believe me I didn't think It will seem a bold discussion.I didn't mean anything naughty. Lol. what I didn't realise is that it could make imaginations run wild. but if you read it twice ,you'll understand that I genuinely wanted to know if many other people too were critical of the way they look.

just try to say thank to the God. i am already gived with life and not have a handycap. there is a lot of people that more suffer than us. so i'm happy with all that i already have.

I think I was born as a pessimist.I never really liked my figure.So an year back I joined the gym.I used to be pretty thin before but now thanks to the stupid gym I am not!Whenever I qyuit gym for a week or so I look fat and bloat up easily if I eat a little fat food too.Before I used to eat all kind of fatty food and still never bloat up.I guess I was too greedy for an awsome and perfect figure and now I am paying the price for it :( So I learnt my lesson,just be happy with how you are and whatever you have.

Yes I'm very happy about myself, and I don't need anyone to tell me that I have a beautiful body, for I know so. The tips of having my own body as it is right now, it's just that I keep the positive attitude towards myself. Because that's all matter. When I think I gain weight, I don't bother much. When I think I'm losing weight, I also don't bother that much.
