When I'm stress, I willtake my daughter go shopping or window shopping. Seeing and buying those lovely things I see in the shop will take my minds off my stress for a while. Otherwise, I will just sit in in a coffee corner for a tea/ coffe break that has chidren corner and watching my daughter playing, smiling and laughing will do for me.

Unfortunately I always have a lot of things to do and I have never time for me, I run from morning to evening and I can never relax a little.... but when I am very stressed and I can find a little of time I listen to music (Mozart above all, his music can calm me very much) or I draw or paint a little. Staying with my little son is very relaxing, we usually go to the park and I love looking at him playing.

When I'm feeling stressed usually at work, I just load media player and listen to music or play a computer game. At home, I rarely feel this way but if ever a feeling will occur to me, I'll just probably play PS2 games.

When I'm stressed, I sometimes like to go for a run. It's a good outlet for me and gets me some good exercise too. :)

Well if I am stressed I tend to go for the food and that is not a good thing for sure. Otherwise I try to keep myself busy doing things around the house so to keep mymind busy. My kids are grown and gone so can't watch them do things anymore.

Well, gramskaren....don't worry,you are not the only that tend to go for food when stress. Sometimes me too and just swallow them....hehehe. Before I even realize....the whole bags of food (chips, cookies, cakes, chocolate) almost empty...gulp. Thank you for sharing !!!!

When i am stressed, i sit idol & keep on thinking the sitution & sometimes, for relaxtion, i come online & discuss light topics of surroundings with my chat fellows to become relax & get rid of the problems for few moments. When i talk with my faimly members or chat fellows, i feel relax & forget my problems for few moments.

The best thing I can do when I am stressed up is to just sit in some open empty place and see and feel the nature around me. It helps me analyze myself and what went wrong. AIt also helps me to cool of and divert my mind from tensions and problems to their solutions. I do sometimes try talking to others for support or help but the only thing or person who can help me till date is me myself so I know that all I need is to cool Myself up and try finding solutions. I usually lay down and relax. I love to sleep and listen music. I love to stay inside my room and kissing my 2 kids in their cheeks and hugging them so tight.It would release my stress then everything will be fine.

What a sweet mother you are !!!! I absolutely agree with you seeing those innocent no worries faces (when they're sleeping) surely give a peacefull feeling and stress relieving. I often hide my tears when my 4 years old daughter out of the blue just give me a big tight huge and pad on my back saying don't worry mom....everything will be just fine.... Usually i go out for a walk with my friend when i'm so stressed.And i like to listen to the music which i love so much and it calms me down.But when i was in high school,i usually palyed football with my friends to relax myself and i think it does more effect on me. Everyone konws that stress is harmful to our health and we should relax oueself as far as possible. Good luck my friends!!!

A lot of people do use music as a stress reliever and yes, stress can also lead us to health problem.....but it is very difficult to find a stress free environtment nowadays. Thank you for your respond !!!

ahhh.. when i'm stress i would definitely go to a spa, have a body massage, facial scrub and stuff like that.. make sure to get a very very good body massage.. that releases my stress .. and then i would my favorite food and do a little shopping and then after that have a very long and good sleep..

to run away from stress, what i would do is go to the gym. i go visit the gym 3-4 times a week, and stay there for 2-3 hours. or better yet, take a very long, quiet sleep. 8-9 hours is fair enough. drinking coffee really don't help fight away stress, it just keeps you awake.

when i am stressed i go into the bathroom turn on the tap to as hot as it will go and let the water run til' i have a nice hot bath. i will soak in the tub til' the water is tepid and my toes are pruney.

there are 2 things I do when I am stressed , I get out my sons laptop and sit here on My Lot , once I start to read and rate all my responses and I leave each a small thank you message I start to feel a bit better and if I can think of a discussion then that helps me to relax too , I love to get lost in My Lot world ( as I call it) I also love to drive , I alm really relaxed when I drive so if it is during the day I go for a drive , xx

When I get stressed about something and it is possible I will get on my computer and get online to mylot something about it takes my mind off my problems and calms me. If I am not in reach of a computer then I will go to another room and be by myself.

When I am feeling stressed, I like to exercise when I am at home. I use my exercise equipment to help me relax and take my mind off of things. Walking helps me as well or watching something funny on tv. I will come online and use myLot. Sometimes eating a snack will help ease my stress as well. I try to do a lot of things to help me when I am feeling stressed.

Eating, many people did that when they are stress. I hate to admit it, but I'm also tend to eat more chips and snack when I'm stress......I have to control it though, otherwise my figure goes wider....hehehe....

If i'm stressed and need a break i take my dogs out for a walk.Seeing them running and playing in a field free from all worries brings everything into perspective.Lifes as easy or hard as you want to make it

My sister in-law did the same. When she's stress she'll smoke more than usual, makes me easy to tell when she's stress. Thank you for your respond !!!
