For a sweet treat...spread fat free Cool Whip between crackers and freeze! Just like an ice cream sandwich! yum. I learned from an excrise video tape that when you excrise you should exhale,then inhale as much as you can and then when you exhale you breathe out puuuuuuuuuhh..it feels so good. You are letting out bad oxygen and then you let in fresh.it is neat. I also learned the less red meat you eat the better off you are. I might eat red meat once a week.

Thanks for the cool whip tip. I don't think they sell it here in the uk. I will try to find something else to use that is not loaded down with calories.

I have not heard of Cool Whip kathy that is a new one for me, is it easy to find? Sounds like it could be something different to try as always up to trying new things. As for red meat we only have it once a week at the most but have fish twice a week as in the past had quite a lot of red meat.

Well, I like the cool whip tip. It sounds yummy. I have had various icecream sandwich recipes before, this is the easiest by far.I have to try it.

Well meat is protein and it's very important to have a good protein intake while trainning. Perhaps having meat three a week is better.
