Thank you, it's howard96h@earthlink.net the only reason I don't eat breakfast is because when ever I wake up I never have the desire to eat until many hours later. I don't know why. You are right, they say it is the most important meal of the day. I would appreciate you sending it to me. Thank you!

I am also a porridge fan in the morning. Something light and simple. Ive never eaten rice in the morning (bar the left over take away on occasion lol) I do love rice though, i can quite happily just eat it on its own.

I prefer to have that all american breakfast most usually. I like to makes some homemade biscuits and bake them in the oven. Then I fry me up about 4-5 strips of bacon in a frying pan. Next I will fry up some sausage and break it up into small pieces and fry that up and add some flour and milk to that for some gravy. Then I fry me two whole eggs and slice some tomato. That is my favorite breakfast food to eat. I can even eat it at other times of the day as well.

What I eat for breakfast depends on what kind of mood I'm in. I think the one I eat most though is a 3 egg omlet with cheese, mushrooms, onions and peppers. That or some eggs over easy with toast.

If I could have 3 slices of toast (white bread) and margarine and 2 fried eggs every morning I'd be happy. But it's not the best for my health so I stick to having All Bran cereal most days now! I also like to have full English breakfast once in a while, consisting of bacon, eggs, baked beans, sausages, fried tomatoes, toast and orange juice, yummy! Again a recipe for a heart attack so I only have that a few times a year! x

I think that I would prefer oatmeal with sugar, cinnamom, milk, and raisins. I have never tried fried fish with vinegar, but it sounds very deliscious.
