What makes human are different according to their place of origin?

I wonder what really makes a human look different to each other according to their place of origin. Why peoples in wester countries have a blond hair mostly, tall, fair skin, sharp nose etc. While peoples from the asian countries and far east countries are mostly have average tall, dark hair,dark brown eyes etc. What makes us differ by look here? Is that have to do with the origin or the food we eat. If origin then why it is happen like this? share your thought with me here

according to scientific reason there is genetica nd evolutionary changes in human beings which as caused them looks so variant from each other.

i know that, but what makes it change and how it is change? Why chinese peoples can't be changed to a caucasian men features?

I will use the quickest, easiest example that I can think of. The people that are originally from Africa have very dark skin,right? Africa also has a hot climate, therefore over time (evolution) their skin adjusted to the extreme sunlight and because more resistant and protective of the sun, therefore causing it to become darker, more pigment, more protection from sun burns...basically.

but why african blood peoples which live in other cold counries still have a dark skin tone?
