Ok. Since college, I have been into high heeled shoes. I just thought it makes me look taller, since am not blessed with such a lovely height. So poor little me, I just resorted to getting myself high heeled shoes. And it does help.. lol and I feel more confident and sexy when am wearing heeled shoes. I even used to wear a 3-inch heeled shoes...especially for some social gatherings coz I don't wanna appear like a small little girl...lol What about you, do you have more heeled shoes in your shoe rock?

I am not very tall - 5'4" - and I hate wearing heels. It doesn't bother me that I am short. I would rather be comfortable and not ruin my feet.

I'm also 5'4 and while I wish I was a little taller, I am not comfortable in high heels. They hurt my feet and knees and back so I much prefer to wear flats or shoes with a very slight/moderate chunky heel. My sister used to wear heels and wound up having to have surgery on her feet because the super-high heels aggravated a pre-existing issue. Sh still wears heels from time to time but only if they ae moderate in height and not stilettlos.

I love the way high heels look and the way thwey make me feel, but I prefer flats for comfort. Before I had kids I always wore heels, but now it is too hard to carry children and stay balanced in heels. Or to chase a toddler running off in heels.

I wear heels to Rexy since I'm not very tall either. But the heels available here in the US are too pointed and I find it hard to walk on them, my feet tend to hurt after a while. I prefer platform or block heels. I also wear flat footwear. I think I have more heels than flats though..lol Regular use of heels isn't good for various health reasons is what I've heard.

I like heeled but I hae a hard time finding any dress shoes because I wear a 5 narrow. Pluse evenif I can find any they usually end up hurting my feet. The flats fall off my heels and the heeled hurt my toes. So, luckly (I guess) I'm not workingright now so I wear sneakers which feel better.

I enjoy wearing high heels because a lot of the time I feel like they look the best and make me feel sexier. I wear flats more often though, just because they're more comfortable.

I prefer flat heels or really low heels for comfort. I wore high heels for years and now my legs are paying the price. Do what you think is best!

I'm only 5 foot even so I try to were high heels but I'm not so good at walking in them. I try to get the ones with more of a chunk heel, but a lot of times I just wear my gym shoes because so many times you find when you are wearing heels it makes it dificult to do things. I have more heels then flats but that don't mean I wear the heels more.

Actress Nicole Kidman famously remarked after her divorce from Tom Cruise, 'At least I can wear high heels again' - demonstrating an addiction to height that is shared by many women. There can be many plus and minus points of wearing high heels. They tone calf and thigh muscles,They improve circulation in the legs, They may ease low-back problems, They can strain the knees and increase the risk of arthritis, They reduce mental alertness , They can compact the spine, They increase the risk of foot problems including bunions and metatarsalgia, which is pain in the ball of the foot. personally, i ususally prefer flat shoes as i'm tall enough to look good without high heels.heels are only preferred by me on certain occassions and if the attire demands so.

high heeled shoes? oh i just love them! yes, it does make you look taller...and adds a little more confidence in yourself, doesn't it? my sisters wonder how i could walk around so comfortably in them, but its just a matter of getting used to. plus, to those girls with tiny little behinds... high heeled shoes raise those things up a little...so start wearing those stilletos!

I love high heeled shoes and used to wear them all the time up until I had my first kid. After that I started wearing them less and less. This is especially true now that I am heavier than I was as a teen. But now days I love flats and they have some really cute ones out there. I still wear heals when the occasion calls for it, but my feet pay for it later.

I'm 5'4" but don't feel that I'm short. When I was a teenager I would wear high heels all the time. I didn't find them uncomfortable at all but as I am getting older I find them extremely uncomfortable. I get blisters on my toes from being crammed into the shoe. I get pain in my back from the change in posture and I usually get blisters on my heels because the shoes are so inflexible in the back. Now I wear comfortable flat shoes or a very low heel of no more than 1 1/2 inches and have no issues with my back, toes or heels.

Well, im only 5 feet 3 inches tall so i really should wear heels i guess. Also Ihave short fat stubby legs, so its even more important that i do. However, i find them very uncomfortable and just cant get used to them however long i practice walking in them, i still fall off them. Its flat shoes for me every time blessed be

I don't find comfort in wearing high heels, however, I find them to be more feminine and sexy. Therefore, I tend to wear them way more often then flats. I think high heels look great with a pair of jeans even.

I mainly wear flat shoes unless I am going somewhere special. I am short also (so dont feel bad) but I have a bad back and it is hard for me to stay in them long.. usually by the end of the night i am barefoot on the dancefloor. I like them because they make me look taller but also makes my legs look great

I used to wear heels everyday last year, but stopped. They're not good for your back and if they are crammed you can get hammertoes. Which is what I have =( I'm so mad! Don't wear heels if they feel too tight!
