So, there's this kid, it says it doen'ty have any money and wants you to give it some so that it can buy something to eat. In my country such kids that are gipsyes(their population becomes larger than the native people and they're known for laziness and no working or studying abilities) usually are sent from their parents to ask money from strangers. This is their bussiness. And when a stranger sees this child's eyes who are beggig him for help, people often give them, obviously thinking they had done something good. But this is not true. Here's what to do in such a situation (because this is not for everyone, some are really hungry and have nowhere to go):
If such a kid or a teenager walks up to you in the street and asks for money (in this case because it's hungry), just to make sure that they won't give the money to their parents, take it to the near shop and ask it what he/she wants to eat and buy them. Just don't spend your money for the laziness of others who can't find a way to feed their children.

In my country we call such person as a begger where they don't have other things to do except asking for money. Most of this kind of peoples are from other countries near by our country. They came to our country illegally and don't have money. They can't do job, go to school as they are illegally here. Some of the begger also been brought to my country y a syndicate to work for them (begging for money). I personally will not give them a money because I just don't want to encourage them to continue doing this for the rest of their life. I might look like a selfish person, but i would rather donate my money to orphan.

I agree with you. Sounds like we're talking for the same types of people. I also prefer to donate money to a charity rather than giving them away to strangers.

Now that's what I'm talking about. You see this was what I really meant. The question is did they agreed to join you?

In our country, we also have these street children who go begging, usually knocking on car windows while the cars are waiting on an intersection. They usually belong to gangs or syndicates and they give all their money to their bosses. So now, i dont give to these beggars, it is better to give to agencies which have ways of helping these people.

So much the same. But when they come to your car the start washing your window without asking and they they expect payment.
