Here is the "Elixir of Immortality" from China 250 BC! I have passion for herbs and tea, and few years ago my teacher give me a little book is called Happy Herbalist! And I find a very interesting pro-biotic (means in favor of life) botanicals "Kombucha Mushroom"! Kombucha aids the stomach to better digest food and assists the sleep to deliver nutrition. It aids the liver to remove toxins and accumulations from the body. I put the kombucha mushroom in my favorite (I have 20 different) tea every day, I feel very healhthy, also controling my eating habbits too! Every Health Store selling tea with kombucha mushroom, but I like to make my own! I just like to share this with my myLot friends!

Hi Yes I love herbal teas, as it is very stimulating and great for our health. Oh boy I only drink herbal tea once to twice a day. Thank you for your discussion as I prefer herbal teas over normal tea.

A few years back my mother and aunt tried some kind of mushroom that they kept in water on their counter. They neither one were tea drinkers, so I am not sure how they used it. Is this what you are talking about?
