what do you do to calm yourself when you are in pressure??

I try to spend half a hour a day meditating, it seems to make life sensible again. I really think it is something we all should do if its at all possible

I usually find going to the gym and doing a 90 minute work out with my Ipod works wonders! Either that or I do some boxing, gets rid of the tension, stress and frustration. I come back a totally different person. Works wonders for me.

Music has to be my favourite way in taking away the stress that builds up over a while. Listening to different types of music and favourite sounds has a soothing affect and takes away the thoughts of everyday happenings.

Creative visualization is the best thing to do at the time of pressure!
First of all find out that when ever pressure is there where you feel it? On or over your head? or on the shoulder? Feel pressure at your back side around spine? Is your chest with weight or the stomsch / abdoen? Or legs are affected?
This is really important because this will
determind your creative visualization!
Let's start with shoulder felt the pressure:
1. visualize yourself oposite you and you are seeing the pressure on shoulder with gray kind of weight.
2. Try to remove that gray weight from the shoulder with ordering the weight: you should not be there go down down down! If it goes down and you feel like that then you just follow saying same thing again and again!
3. If still you feel the pressure then use your hands over your image to remove the pressure with a real gesture of hand! and then visualize that really it is not there you just tell you that there is no pressure now feel your shoulder free from the weight!
Then suggest your image to stand and come to sit aside then you visualize you are one and so really you have no pressure! visualize the weight-less image is merging with you and you will feel easy1 THEN JUST LIE DOWN FOR 5 MINUTS TO COMPLETE THE SESSION WITH ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE AND START YOUR WORK AGAIN!

I *try* to mediate... but it doesn't always work. I just can't calm myself enough and there are simply so many things going through my mind that I can't concentrate. :/

I listen to music. It always calms me down. Certain songs can have a great impact on your state of mind.
