I don't really know. Me and my dad try alot of seasoning on our meat and vegetables, but it doesn't taste the way we want it too.....Can anyone give me some tips about seasoning.....or something that will really bring out the flavor in food...

Perhaps you are using seasonings that are too old, so they have lost much of their flavor? Try using more fresh herbs or grinding your own seasonings. That might help.

At home, we use black pepper, red and green bell peppers, garlic, onion bulb, spring onions, ginger and tomatoes. All natural and healthy. Sautee crushed or minced garlic in vegetable oil until brown, then add minced onion bulb and ginger, when onion is cooked add tomatoes and keep cooking until they bleed, add sliced spring onions and small amount of crushed black pepper (this now smells yummy) add the meat, pour in desired amount of water, then add a teaspoon of sugar and salt to taste. When this is done, add the vegetables you desire. This must be perfect.

I too, like Mrs. Dash spices. I also cook with a lot of garlic, basil, and minced onion (you can use onion powder too.) Hope that helps.

Try seasalt instead of table salt and add some fresh herbs and a little garlic. I also agree that mrs dash is very good and flavorful.

Try not to add any salt till the very end. Makes meat tough. I use alot of garlic powder, cumin and pepper. Cumin gives a smoky taste. Garlic powder and pepper together makes a wonderful taste.

Hello reaperz.... I have found it best to avoid seasoning salts, and use fresh herbs whenever possible. When fresh herbs are not available the Mrs. Dash products are quite useful. I especially like the original mixed with the lemon pepper. Also, try adding your seasoning late so they do not burn. Tom
