My Friends Arrangement has CHANGED again!! Has yours?

I noticed yesterday that my Friends list has been rearranged again. This time it's appearing from the first friends that I made to the most recent. I think I rather like this. I know the first friends that I made and I post to those the most frequently. I think I like this much better than them always jumping around to different pages.
How about you do you like it this way? Did you notice the change? Will it make it easier to find your friends now? I still hope that one day we can rearrange the way we want. :) Till then this is working okay for me!

I did notice that when I approve a new friend it goes to the last page so I dont have to search hoping I remembered what their avatar was so I can turn on the notifier

LOL, me too, it was so frustrating to go through every page to find the new ones to turn on the notifier for me. I had started only doing it once a week because of it. Now I'm doing it at the end of the day since it's so easy to find now. :)

I noticed it this morning when I went to my friends list. I really like it. I think it is a better way to organize friends than the way it was before. I agree with you though, I wish we could organize it ourselves, that way we could put those we respond to the most in the beginning of the list. It is hard to keep track sometimes when I have over 130 friends, lol. Happy posting.

I agree much better. I have nearly 400 friends and as the list grows I was finding it much harder to find the new ones to turn on the email notification. I think for now this will work well.

I really never noticed to much I know when I accepted a freind they would show up in a place other than at the end! now not sure which ones came first but also I am not getting many emails for notifing like I used to and wonder if those friend stopped posting

That could be you can always look at the profile to see when the last time they logged on was.
New requests will now e at the end of your friends list, instead of anywhere depending on how many posts they made.

I like the new format at least it's better then constantly having it change and rearrange on me. Now I can have some idea on what page they might be. It's not ideal maybe but it's better. I think it will make it easier. I'd love to be able to arrange them as we'd like or even have them in alphabetical order. That would be nice. Either way though they are making improvements on it in my opinion.

I agree the way they had it before you could never keep track of where they were in your friends list. It changed every time they posted, as the number changed so did the page to find them. Major improvements. Many Kudos to mylot!

I haven't noticed the way the friends list is set up. I just notice that the arrangement changes too often. Now if they kept it alphabetically that would suit me just dandy. I'll have to start paying more attention to the way it changes & see why. Thanks for the info.

I don't know if alphabetical would necessarily would help as I pay more attention to the avatar than the screen name. I have paid attention a little on who I've added to my friends. I still would one day like to arrange them the way that I want. :)

Since I use the email function I never look at the friends list. I noticed before that you could not tell if a friend had posted something unless you looked.

Now it's easier to find them to turn the notification on, as the last ones are at the end instead of throughout. The notification doesn't automatically default to on, at least not mine. :)

yes I did notice this and I think it is brilliant , I like to go through my friends and try and answer their discussions but it is getting harder to do as I am asked for to be a friend more all the time , It is a nice compliment though ( I think so anyway ) xx

I always like being asked to be someones friend. I too have lots of friends and had found the going through the many pages extremely tedious. :)

Yes, I have noticed that the friends list had been rearranged with the first friends on first page and the newest on the last page. I agree with you that it is much better than having them move around from page to page. That has been very frustrating for me at times, trying to find a particular one. I agree that being able to rearrange them myself would be even better because I have some friends that are inactive right now and I don't want to delete them, but I would like to separate them from the others until they become active again. But it is much better now than it was.

I too have inactive and don't want to delete them in case they return, but would like to have the ones that I respond to more in the front. I think we will get their eventually we will just have to be patient. :)

I have not checked, but I do know I made this suggestion in a discussion a month or so ago. This will help me tremendously, especially when I am looking for a certain friend. It will be nice when we can rearrange them ourselves but this is still a great improvement.

It changes all the time beanie, and not something new. Sometimes its so weirdly arranged I find it difficult to look for particular friends. If I know the username I just go to their profile directly by typing www.mylot.com/username IT not only saves time but avoids wading through pages and pages of friends. I wish we could organize the list based on our preferences or choices, but as of now we'll have to do with what is provided here.

Well, I was trying to figure it out, and I did think it was odd, how my oldest friends were there first, but I had still not understood, lol. Thanks for explaining it. It is nice, and interesting how they arranged it. I have to say, it does make it easier to use.

I like it much better this way, although like you said it would be better to be able to arrange it however we like. Anyway, it makes it so much easier if we know where our friends are going to be instead of having to be constantly searching the pages to figure out where a particular friend is so that we can go look to see what they have posted.

The other way was impossible to find anyone as it was constantly changing as they posted responses. They moved all around. :) For now we should be able to get a better idea as to where they are until the next change. :)

I think I may be misunderstanding your questions and I'm sorry for that.
The friends list is now arranged by your first friends here at mylot to the ones that were recently acquired.
As for not finding the discussion it sounds like your talking about this discussion but you responded to it. If you want to give me a little more info on that I will try to answer, thanks! :)

i was playing catch up on discussions this weekend. I had a email notice on this discussion. But then when i tried to find it on the web page it was strange i couldnt find it. I wanted to see what others had responded to you first and i couldnt pull it up. For some strange reason after i responded then i could see everyone elses responce. I have a feeling mylot was just acting strange at the time. Who knows. I am still trying to figure out this place LOL.
