How is your house like now? IF you have money, what will you do to renovate your house or what criteria are you looking for in buying a new house??

I just recently purchased a 3 bedroom house. The first time I saw it, I instantly fell in love with it. It has a sizable family room, well-equipped kitchen appliances, dining room, a smaller kitchen at the back, laundry room, servant's quarter, 3 bedrooms with toilet and bath and a secret passageway to my girl's room. I even love the very spacious garage. Hopefully, I can move in with my family by April. I'm still having it fix a little. All the best.

my spouse family house is double storey with around 30 bedrooms and a huge dining room in his country. I am dreaming to have such a big house also where at least 15 bedrooms and the big hall for my guess. Having a italian kitchen with a big fridge. It must be a bit classic and modern combination in the house and from the outside. I love the house to be in khakis color with dark grey - may be change it later. But i love to have a big garden in front of my house.

Now, my home is type 'rumah teres'. If I have money, my dream house is bungalow. I want big bungalow. I think my bungalow soon is same as the owner of Chelsea Club Mr. Abrarmovich right. Do you ever see his house?? In his house there are a bowling lane, pool and a lot of thing. This is the criteria of my dream house

Actually, by dream house would not be really big, but it would be on a large(half acre maybe)lot on a lakeside. I would live in the part of my country where fruit trees flourish. I would have an apple tree, a peach tree and a cherry tree. I would also have a large garden, because I love gardening, and I would grow all my own vegetables with no insecticides. I would also have 2 or 3 beehives. The bees would pollinate the beautiful cherry blossoms every Spring. I would have amazing pure honey from the hives. I wonder if I will ever have my dream home?

Whenever I get bored I start thinking about what I would want for my dream house. It would definitely have to have a nice garden and a two-car garage. It would need just enough rooms for the number of people living there. Since I'm fond of books, I would want a library room. And it would definitely have this entertainment room, where my family and I could watch movies, listen to music, stuff like that. And, of course, an office/study room. And what would a house be without a large kitchen and a nice dining room?! Each room would have a different theme to it. Sometimes I dream too much. But, hey, it's possible. Our house right now is just a modest one but we could get upgrade it if I just work hard. :)

if I had money to fix this house, I would first insulate the walls. Then fix the roof and replace all the water heaters, with tank-less water heaters. I would then fix all the siding on in the house.

I would add tile to the floor in the entry way and kitchen, replace the carpeting throughout, add wood flooring to the dining room. I would also repaint/paper most of the walls. I would also buy a cabin with alot of acreage a couple hours away from here as a retreat. I would probably buy a condo on the seashore somewhere. Oh, to have money.

Actually my dream house wouldn't have to cost a million dollars, but it would have to have hard wood floors, no carpet anywhere, lots of cupboards, light fixtures that are easy to clean and change bulbs, four bedrooms, large closets, NO STAIRS, and most important Main Floor Laundry Room. OOps I forgot my own bathroom off my bedroom would be great. And by time you nicely landscape the yard I'm not sure how big your bank account would have to be.

my dream house is a mansion! i want it erected in a peaceful place with lots of trees around. a two storey mansion will do, but three is better! the first floor will contain the big living room, the kitchen, the bar and the dining area. i would love to have a grand piano at the center of the ground floor. also at the ground floor is the entertainment room where we can play billiards and chill. at the second floor, i want to have 4 bedrooms with individual bathrooms. i will also put 2 guest rooms at the 2nd floor. at the third floor i want to have a music room, a library an a home theater! i would also love to have a swimming pool at back of the house and a multipurpose court! and don't forget the beutiful garden and the frontyard! hahaha

big house! - OK, I would want to have a house like this someday. Well, not EXACTLY like the ones in the picture but something similar. Wow!
I don't really feel comfortable with our house right now. I find it too small for our family although we are only 4 excluding my cousin and the maid. My stuffs won't fit in my room cos they are big, plus I have many collections. If I have the money right now, I would have architects and carpenters to build my house. I wouldn't really want to BUY a built house. I want my own house to be just the way I wanted it to. I want to have MANY rooms like 5 bedrooms and 3 guest rooms plus the family room and I also want to have a home theater. And oh, a pool. Definitely a pool would be cool. That would probably cost me millions here in the Philippines.

A beautiful house on the beachside, 3 -4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a loft, huge living and dining area, kitchen, rumpus room, library/study area, a swimming pool, a large backyard for the kids to play in, a spa, all with all the mod.cons. (you did say dream house aye? LOL) At the moment we are wasting money renting a 2 bedroom , 2 bath apartment and will be looking to move later in the year to something a little smaller and more economical sp we can save for a down deposit on a house (someday!)

Floor Plan - My dream house wouldn't look like this but hopefully I can generate something that will suit my family's needs..
Actually we lived in an apartment since I was born.. I have no problem with that because I know my parents are doing everything they can just to give us a very good and satisfying life. One reason I took up architecture is to design and built my dream house for my family, I really wanted them to have a good life and I know with this profession I can try to give it to them with what I'll be earning as well as my knowledge of such profession. I'm even quite happy to see that things are slowly going ok, I've just graduated last year and hopefully I can take 2-3 different board exams so that I can really practice this well. In my design for my family's house will be based on our needs as a growing family, I will take into consideration future needs as well. But for the theme and style, I want to hear what they really want..:)
