eBay gives users prizes - I am so happy I won a gift card from eBay

Woooohooo! I am so happy. I just opened my email today and I saw that I won an eBay gift card. They had a daily contest and I entered it and I won. I am so happy about it because it is for 10 USD and I know I can use it to buy some CDs or VCDs on eBay. I know the email is for real because it has my user name and real name in it and plus I logged into eBay and I saw it also in "My Messages" section. I am so hyper and happy about that. So my questions for you all:Have you ever won a contest prize from eBay? What did you win? What would you spend the 10 USD on? Have a nice day.

Congrat to you. I have never won anything (contests on ebay) but I have great Mystery auction gift cards on ebay for sell. When I enter contests I never win. You is lucky.

Yea you are right. It seems I enter so many contests, but never win. I was so suprised when I found out that I won because I never have won a prize from eBay. I have won prizes before from other companies: I once won 100 USD from a survey company and I once won a bread maker from a local grocery store. It is really nice to win prizes, you know? I would say just keep entering because you will eventually win something :) Pablo

Congratulations! i didnt even know eBay HAD gift cards! you find this contest on eBay itself? or thru another site? i would be interested in winning maybe even buying a gift card.

No, it was through eBay itself. They will announce the contests on their website main page or they will send messages to your My Messages section of eBay. You need to check them from time to time. Have a nice day.

Heheh, okay I admit that it is not much money. However I love music CDs and many CDs are very cheap on eBay so 10 dollars could buy two or three CDs :). Pablo

Yes I have when I use to sell on ebay I won over 150.00$ in ebay gif certifcates with there blog and review contest I spent it on clothes for the kids and Christmas presents

Very cool. Congratulations. I only sell my products in ebay, I have only purchased once. Do sellers get a chance to win these prizes? I have not seen anything regarding the prizes.
