Any one has tried out The Mirror Talk for Stress Releasing? Mirror talk is very effective tool to release our stress, if done properly and positively: We all mostly see in the mirror to make sure that we look ok at office, in the party or in the street while going or coming. But we never see in the mirror to see ourself! This is little tricky and not easy but if you do then it becomes very easy to follow and good for stress realization and stress releasing both! Just sit quitely facing mirror: see your face as other's face. Try to recognize it as your face gradualy and then look in to your eyes: What are you finding there? Just get all those verbal conversation with yourself silently and become neutral with self and then see what happens?
