do you respect your boss?

i do have respect for my boss ,though he is less educated than me,hes quite experienced and keeps his cool even in the most difficult times.and he behaves in a professional way towards his colleagues.

Yes, I respect not only my boss but all the people who are older than me. I suppose if we want to get respect we must give respect to others.

I hope that what I am about to say will not make you angry. I believe that you actually respect your boss and that you like him enough to keep on working for him. You see, if you hate your boss enough, you could not stand him anymore and so you will go out and look for another job and be rid of him forever. You are only reacting in a manner the way we react with the 'unbearable' things a close friend commit or our parents maybe. Do you figure out now what I mean? I hope so because, I believe you are caught in that very same situation. Happy working with the boss. It appears that you have already adjusted to his ways, by the way you have remedied his shortcomings.

I lost respect for my last boss. She behaved in a very harsh and hurtful manner towards her employes. She would say hurtful things when a lot of others were around. She would get really agitated if someone had a different opinion then her - she'd just leave in a middle of a discussion. And i am talking about situations where we were supposed to state an opinion. She was so bad at handeling relationships with her empolyees that it was almost impossible to interact with her. If she was away for a day life would be som much better.

I used to respect my boss but lately she has done some things that were not so nice to the people who work for her. Workers like me who show up on time for every shift, never cancel and do our work properly are being treated unfairly and the ones who cheat to get ahead and miss lots of work are getting extra work and more money than the good people.

Me too my boss is unorganized whenever he asked something to me he will forget it tomorrow. I always remind my boss in all of the things. he will usually forget it. Sometimes it is good for me. he will ask to change something in the sketch that i have done. then after two days when i will showed up again the same thing the same sketch without doing anything to that work he will says "ohh this is good" see. he's memory are low. heheehhe... even my boss is like that i like him because he's not a brutal boss if you make any mistakes you are damned to him, his not like that he explain it to you and he will point the mistake that you have done and guide you to make your mistake correct.
