i lost my first earning from mylot!

Thats so bad. e-gold is used to blocking accounts. I have come to know that you should not change user control settings ever on e-gold as you account will be blocked from then on. Yopu have to be careful while doing busineds with them. I prefer paypal that way at least they do respond in case of loosing passwords. as they both are just online provessors I wish we had some other way of getting our earnings from mylot.

Oh my I'm so sorry to hear about your mishap. It's sad they didn't send you your passphrase, I would continue to pursue the situation. You neve know, they may eventually send it to you and you have even more money than what you thought... I use Paypal, I never used E-Gold. I know Paypal is pretty good with sending you your information or what information you need... Good luck to you and sorry again for your mishap

Wow your first payout was gonna be $33.00??? Mine was $15.88 and I have not been making much as I could I guess *L*. Okay sorry about that though. That sucks! :(( I used paypal and last I saw it was being transferred to my bank account just fine. I usually use the same name and password for every website. I KNOW this could be dangerous but its stuff none would guess. That way knowing me and my ADD I'd forget. However I have written them down on my computer as notepads and keep them handy just incase I forget the ones that arent like the others :/ not fun forgetting!

oh that's sad!! so is there any way to get another passphrase so you can get your $33.00? I don't remember my passphrase either. I'll try to check my email I might still have it.

hey it was strange, I lost my passphrase 2 times from egold but they really send temporary passphrase mail to my home. I do agree with you to print all your important information but please keep it secure.

Well you should not write it of you should contact E-Gold again and get them to sort it out. Are you not able to have Paypal as they are very good I have been with them for 3 Years now. Please Joshdale get onto E-Gold and get them to sort it for you. I don't like E-gold and I would never join them but if you are not able to get Paypal I guess you have no choice but do not let it go keep at them.

There is something technically wrong with what you are doing. When you inform e-gold about your password loss they will send you a temporary access code by post. After that you have to access your account with this code and enter a new password. It willl take a little time but the process is simple.

Josh that is very unfortunate.I can imagine how helpless you must have felt.That too $33 is an amount which takes a huge amount of effort to accumulate. But hat's of to the positive attitude you have .Inspite of being bitter or unhappy about it,you have taken this incident as a learning experience and what's even more admirable is, that you want to help others so that we don't face such a situation.That is what makes a beautiful human. Thats bad, I wonder if mylot will still give you the money you earned??? I hope that does not happen to me I am almost at the min, and it takes so long to reach the min,,

Oh my gosh! How awful! Makes you feel really dumb when we do stuff like that and really aggravated! Be sure to go ahead and try again to get the old account...it can't hurt to try one more time to get your money!

That's stupid. You can always have your passphrase emailed to you. You can't tell me that you've forgot it and emailed the ADMINS. It's not right. There is an option for this.

Wow, that really sucks. Using myLot for the past week or so is the first time that I've ever heard of e-gold. I sounds like a very unprofessional company or even a scam. Do you use it because you live outside of the U.S.? If you are eligible for Paypal you should check that out instead. The have been around for awhile and have proven themselves to be a reputable company. If you forgot your Paypal password it would have been emailed to you immediately and you would have been able to access it within a few minutes. Did you try contacting e-gold again about the password? If they are a real company, they should have a phone number or email link that would allow you to talk to a real person and get your password quickly. $33 is a considerable amount of money to give up on so easily. Well, it sounds like you've figured things out so that it won't happen again. I wish you better luck in the future.

Hi josh, i can imagine what u have gone through, it is ver sad to hear that, u know what i do, i write all the ids and passwords in notepad and then hide it in my compu where no one can find and when needed i would open it copy and paste. u can do this
