Ok then folks here we go again its that time of the might, or day, depending on where you are!!! This one seems quite simple but try it - it does help! BREATHE FRESH AIR Fresh air provides you with 60% of your energy. Breathe a few deep breaths... then slowly exhale all your worries! Good night friends

That is a good thought and I really wish it was as easy as that but I will try it later when I am out with Gissi, as I am enjoying the lovely warm Weather that is here at the moment. Big Hugs xxxx

Hi yes I find it great to breathe fresh air if you can find some place where the air is not polluted, I wish it was that easy to breathe in the fresh air and slowly exhale it but I do know that this is very good for us if we find a lovely spot, when I have done this it is normally at the beach.

Well I don't live near a beach but I do live very close to some wonderful countryside! It does make you feel better when you get a chance!

Breathing is good-- and I have come to appreciate it more as a relaxation tool since my recent move from a largely urban location to a smaller town where there is LOTS of fresh air. I also live about eight blocks from the beach, and find walking on the beach to be very envigorating-- supposedly the breaking surf contributes to the negative ion content in the atmosphere, which helps with a feeling of well-being.

another good tip I was given when suffering from anxiety and depression was to exhale a long breath to get rid of the stale air in order to fully use the new air you breathe in! It does help calm you down! Wish I was near a beach!

Ever since it's warmed up, I've had a nice breeze blowing through the house, and I feel so much better!
