Any act of yours which will make another person happy and make him say "thanks" out of his inner heart is called help. Giving a hand to rise for the fellow who has fallen, assist a blind man to cross the road - few examplews.

First of all HELP should not be done expecting a THANKS.... Think just 5 seconds like this "If i do this,is it a benefit for a person"...then think..."If i do this, will it be a problem for anybody" Answer the above question to yourself and continue helping..

For me,i only help those who are in need of something like advice or even financial problem of my friends and relatives, but i don't help those even my close friend if she/he is abusing my thoughtfullness to her/him.
