What should I do to get rid of overweight?

I am trying lots of things, avoiding sugar and eating fibres, protein drink and so on. It helps a little but I guess I need to get rid of stress and excercise more. Please tell me, what has worked for you?

vishnuprk Avoid alcohol. Stree is not the reson for overweight. Overweight is also due to heriditary. Sometimes, if you are healthy, forget that you are overweight

How much time you spend in gardening. How much time spend in enjoying your result? I spent 45 minutes a day in watering cleaning etc. Daily I enjoy 15 minutes just sitting in the garden

vishnuprk Any act of yours which will make another person happy and make him say "thanks" out of his inner heart is called help. Giving a hand to rise for the fellow who has fallen, assist a blind man to cross the road - few examplews.
