My husband went through this with his ex-wife. they met when he was about 18 years old. He got her pregant and he joined the Army. Her dad went to the Army and asked him if he plans to marry his daughter since he got her pregnant? My husband said yes. They married and had three kids over the period of 17 years. He was always sent away on duty with the Army and he would send his paycheck to her every week or month. she was to save up money for them to buy a home when he retired from the military. Needless to say, she cheated on him the whole time and he found out about it. They divorced and she married the man she was cheating with. She took all of the money that was supposed to be saved up for them to buy a home and she put it into her moms bank account. She told my husband and his lawyer that she didn't have any money saved up. After the divorce was final, she went and bought her and her new man a home.
