Ok, this is the deal. My best friend lives in Taylors SC. Her daughter was out in the back yord playing in the sand. She has a chain length fence all around her property so if she has to go inside, she can run in and come back out real quick. She also has a really good guard dog. The dog is very protective over the little girl. Now getting to the story.
My friend and her family live in a sub-division. There is a house behind my friends house and there yard links together. At first the man that lives in the other house came to my friends fince to try to talk to the little girl when the mom went in. The dog tried to attack the man. So the man never came back around. The man started standing in his back door and exposing himself to the little girl. He would yell at her and when she would look he would open his robe. The little girl went and told her mom. Well we decided to do some research on this man and found out that he was a convicted child molester. We called the police and told them what happened and they said that they had to have proof before they could do anything about it.
Well, we was not going to let this man get by with it. So I went to her house with my video camera and set it up out in her garage. My friend and her little girl done there daily routine and my friend left the little girl out in the yard and went in. Just as soon at she went in, the man opened his back door and yelled at her. Then he opened his robe and bent over. Well we had him!! We took the video tape to the Greenville County Police Department in Greenville South Carolina and showed it to the police. Well they told us that they still could not do anything because it is not against the law to show your butt in South Carolina. I was so mad that I wanted to go to the frount desk and moon every single one of them. I called my husband and asked him that if I went to jail for mooning the police department would he get me out of jail? He told me I better not. so I did not. What do you think about this?

We have the same problem here. There is a guy that stands in his yard naked when the school bus goes by and nobody seems to be able to do anything about it. They say it is nothing illegal about what he is doing.
And I would have mooned them anyway lolol

This story is serrious, but it has a funny element too!
It is said that CROWS ARE BLACK EVERYWHERE and we can add with that COPS HAVE CAPS TO COVER THEIR EYES EVERYWHERE!!

Wow what a story girl. Thats really ashame that the cops wouldnt do anything. I would post pictures of him up all over the town. And even on the streets makes sure everyone knows about him. Sometimes I wonder what side the cops are on. Im sorry you guys couldnt get that jerk.

That is absolutely outrageous and just plain wrong! You would think that since the guy is a convicted child molester that the police would have taken this a LOT more seriously. I mean, at the very least they should have gone to his house and gave him a good "talking to". I can't believe the way the laws protect these monsters. I applaud you for setting up the video camera. I hope you still have it set up, so that maybe you guys can catch this poor-excuse-for-a-human-being showing a little more. Not that I would want the poor little girl to have to see such a disgusting sight, but if it would put this guy behind bars where he belongs, it would be worth it. Good luck and God bless!

This guy is a known child molester and they would not do anything?That is horrible...You and your friend should take a picture of him with one of those cameras that pull it in like pulls the picture closer,,get it developed and blown up,put his address and name if you have it, and make lots of copies and throw them around the neighborhood..If anyone says anything just act like you don't know anything,cause they will say its slander,so just go down the steert at night and pass them around..That will expose him for what he is..

Oh we went on the internet and printed his picture and his conviction record and went and knocked on the doors of every neighbor. Everyone agreed that they did not like him living in there neighbor hood. If we ever find out where he lives, We are planing on doing the same thing there. He messed with my best friends little girl. Well he messed with the wrong people.

i think the law sucks sometime they want to punish a parent for spanking there kids hands for not listening( so to speak) but cant touch this sicko until he actually does something to late after he rapes or kills her.what then they will give him a slap on the wrist and let him back on the streets maybe the next time he shows his butt he would get a load of salt shot in his butt. maybe he would think twice about it then but of course you would proably be sent to jail if you hurt him tell me where is the justice seems like the criminal has more rights so catch him when he shows his so called manhood to her the weasel

Exactly! About a year ago, a young college student was raped and killed by a man that was released from prison. He got out and started exactly what he went to prison for in the first place. I know the prisons are crouded but they need to use our tax money for bigger prisons so they will stay locked up.

In the neighborhood where I grew up, there was a nice park. After my sister and I had grown up and moved to homes of our own, the land that bordered the park was developed and they put up some low-rise apartment complexes. We were visiting my mom one day and were told by a neighbor (with very small children) that she had found out that there was a convicted pedophile living in one of the buildings directly facing the park (his identity became known when he followed a girl on her daily walk to school and tried to grab her -- she got away, thank goodness!!). The neighbor went to the police station and raised a huge ruckus and was told that there was nothing they could do because the man has rights. She said she was going to make a flyer and pass it out around the neighborhood and also at the park, giving a physical description of the man and warning other parents. The police "strongly suggested" that she not do that because that, too, would be infringing on the guy's rights. Don't parents get the right to have the knowledge to protect their children, though??? And I'm sorry for your best friend's daughter... she should never have been subjected to such horrifying behavior.

that is just sick! i am not sure what kind of police department you have out there but that is against the law to expose yourself to anyone let alone children! how sick. i would have had to sit in jail cause they would have gotten a eye full of my back side

Talk about some stupid laws.....I can't believe they would not do anything about that.It is just sick that some adults will do things like that to children and if you ask me....he should be in jail where he belongs.
Seems like they could not have thrown you in jail for showing your butt....after all it's not against the law to do so.
I would let everybody know about this guy.....heck if the police is not going to do anything.....I would make his live a living hell....he really doesn't deserve anything better.
I hope the little girl is okay....after all she is the victim here.

The man should have been arrested and charged with violating public safety becuase he could have blinded someone. lol More seriously though , he should have been arrested or charged or something , He shouldn't be allowed to do that.

i think thats completely disgusting he shouldn't be allowed back in society they should have locked him up again. what you could do tho radther then waiting to find out where he lives email his pic and his record to all your friends, get them to mail it to all there friends and so just make sure you put down for them to forward the email and print it to post it in there neighborhood as that man could be living right next door and they might not even know it. that way it gets all over the world and he'll have nowhere to go except jail cause that would be the only place that would take him.

It seems outrageous that the police cannot do anything about the man exposing himself. I think I would talk to a lawyer or a judge and see if there isn't something that can be done. As far a mooning the police department, I think it would be funny except you would be in a public place and they could put you in jail. But it sure would be funny! LOL

I hate to say it but you probably would have been arrested and penalized in some harsh way while the real scumbag gets to parade his naked butt all over town. I think the laws for these people are too damn lenient.

That man I think has a psychological problem. I think he should see a pychologist, he should stay in the mental hospital. It is difficult if he would transfer to other place and then he would again molest another girls.

That is terrible!! Adults shouldn't be showing any of themselves to little kids!! I mean my kids have seen me naked but not other people...or I wouldn't let anyone else see me naked. Something should definitely be done about that man! Did he show her his winky dinky thing? If so I would keep recording him and hope to catch him!!
