The notifications for my friends discussions are not working...

I just wanted to let my friends know that the notify feature has not been working for me now for the past few days. I have messaged myLot asking them to see why it is not working as all of my notify is on, my preferences have not been changed, and my email is working.
Strangely, I still get the notifications if I receive a private message...I just don't get a notification when another has posted a new discussion.
So, until it is working again, you may see that I am posting to some of your old discussions. :)
Is anyone else having this problem?

My notifications has not been working from last few days. Like you I get the notifications for private message but don't get for discussions. I have checked, notifications are on for my friends. Don't know what is happening, I have informed Mylot about this but has no action yet. It is little hard for me to work without those mails. Lets hope everything will be fine soon.

This happened to me a week ago. They finally fixed and subsequently I have heard of a couple of people and now you where it is not working. Appears to be a roving glitch and they will fix it in time. Good luck.
Jump between friends discussions and new and recent discussions that should help you stay caught up. I found that I did about 85 percent of the discussions once they came into my mail box. Nice to know.

Oh no, your telling me that when it is fixed, everything that has not come through will suddenly come through? LOL
And here I thought I needed to weed down the already standing 345 messages. ha ha
I guess I better get working on catching up before they all hit me. LOL

This seems to be an ongoing problem that MyLot have .. I wish they would fix it asap .. I've had to change email addresses just to get the notifications arriving again .. it really does make a huge difference if they stop coming .. so I hope MyLot will get it permenently fixed very soon ..

Something is going on, and it has been for a while now. It is very irratating to me. I depend on the notifications so I can post, but I can't do that if I don't get them. I like to go through all of my friends disc. via the notification and then go and reply to other discussions. Oh well. I hope they fix it soon, or I will have to email them too.

Hey, maybe the more people that email them about it, the more they will realize it is a problem. Because it is not happening to everyone. My sister still seems to be getting them.

I have seen a few others commenting on this but I am not having a problem right now. Hope they get it fixed for you soon.

I'm not having the problem, but I did hear of others. It's some sort of a glitch again on this site. I will be shocked if you hear from MyLot. I hope it starts to work at your end dear.

Mine hasn't been working properly for the past week or so. I keep going in and turning them back on, but it doesn't seem to do any good. I too have been just looking through various postings of my friends or trying to find them in new discussions. Maybe that is an avenue you could try. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

I have been going through friends old discussions and making new friends going through their old discussions.
Its kinda nice bringing a good old discussion back up to the top for friends.
I have seen some of them get more responses because of it.

they are working okay for me, but you guys sound like me, your prefer to work through your e-mail, for me it is faster. Your next best choice, and you probably know it, and I am being dense, is to go to the far left of your screen, under your avatar. Where it says discussions, there is a line in grey that says,"discussions my friends started", and you will find them there. It is not as fast or easy as your e-mail, but it accomplishes the same thing. So sorry about your headache, girl.

A couple of weeks ago it happen to me and some other people you must alert mylot everday about it. They didnt get back to me for 5 days and when they did they said that problem has been fixed. I had to agrue with them just to fix it and that took another week. I really hate sending them messages they are the worst.

Good afternoon Tia, so I ran across this discussion when you started it (since I have you on notify for discussions) but at that time I was not having any problems with myLot .. since then all I have had is problems, especially this one we were are not being notified, for the past 2 days it has dwendled down to barely getting any emails from myLot on anybody discussions (especially yours for some reason, it is very sporatic), it is driving me crazy has you noticed that also?

Mine is working, althoug i set some of my friends notifications off because they are so many and it will fill up my email with them. I hope you will have them fixed already

I'm not having this problem. That is very strange! I hope they can get it fixed for you soon. :) I wonder what's up with it.
