That reminds me I have to check my messenger.. I forget to check that, like I forget to check my e-mail! It's no use, friends will have to join mylot to get hold of me..
I'm really looking forward to the warmer weather of spring.. and want to be outside all day.. the tempatation to buy a laptop may become fierce (more debt) or maybe I'll just be mylotting when hubby's home watching the tube..

Well I'm a newbie so I havent quite gotten into the swing of things yet. However, so far when I'm on here I'm also listening to television and poking around on myspace and facebook.

I am usually writing/reading in more than one forum, but I have decided, recently, to limit it to one forum at a time. Also, I almost always have the radio or TV on. And, I usually eat some of my meals while here, or drinking tea.

I always do other things whenever I'm doing mylot, just can't keep my feet moving and my mind from doing other things.
Most of the times, I watch tv, read books to have an idea on what topic to post and also look for better answers, and I also busy myself in the kitchen because I'm the only one who knows how to cook!;)

...to me it's a good day when someone else does the cooking.. my own family tells me I'm not especially talented at it.. they still let me do it way too often however..!

Depends. Usually I would just be on myLot. But if I have emails not checked, then I would be emailing as well. Sometimes I may play some music or I may just work in quiet.

I have the new explorer 7.0 with the tabs, and I love it, as I can keep some things going at once.. of course windows can be the same in the long run.. but I just took to opening things in their own tab, so I can have a tab for mylot friends, and another for new discussions, etc..

I either have a radio station tuned in on the internet radio or Ive a CD in my drive on the puter listening to music. The TV is on in the adjoining room so I zip in to take a peek ever so often. HAHAHAHA!

I am always multi tasking while i am using mylot, I am normally on and off my pc all day when i am not working so ill normally reply to discussions in between doing other things online and offline such as cooking, reading the paper, watching tv etc

Hello flowerchilde, Yes as matter of fact i do...My computer is in my bedroom and i also have a TV in here...I enjoy the judge shows for some weird reason, so while i am Mylotting,I listen to those and catch a glimplse ever so often..We are not the only ones either a lot of my friends here say the same thing...Yes thats about what i do,one eye here and one on the Tv..Lol

..yes, I'm sure there will be a physical ailment connected to it, and before you know it our offspring will be born with the eyes able to look in opposite directions.. I just hope our eyes don't freeze that way after awhile..

I am here at mylot during my days-off and whenever I have the time to. I don't really get to be here everyday since I have work and it involves graveyard shift so I just try to spend time whenever I can in spite of my being busy for the whole week. While being here at mylot, I download some music and movies. That's always been my hobby whenever I'm at home.

When I am in a discussion group like mylot I do nothing else. I also try not to sit more that 2 hrs on the net but yes there are those very addictive discussions that keep bringing me back here! But all the other times I usually multi-task atleast I try to!

so im online, when im work. :)
i can't afford to have an online cable at home. so being online here at mylot fo free in my working hours , its FUN .

Hello.flowerchild,I am always mulittasking when i am mylotting,i may switch on the tevelevision or radio at the same time, but i find out that i am not able to handle so many tasks at the same time,althouh the tevelevision is on,but sometimes i do not really pay attention to what is happening on the TV,i concentrate on mylot more.

Me too! Sometimes I miss a news story I was waiting for! When hubby is home if he puts on a good movie, I will sometimes be on mylot and watching the movie.. which actually doesn't work out too bad!

I get my cable through my computer so i have news on while im doing it. All on the same screen. Often times, i will be doing stuff around the house, cleaning, fixing dinner, etc too. Only problem is i have to sit on my floor while i do this.
