Shes always around....is something going on

What would you do everytime you had an argument with your lover he would call his ex-girlfriend of whom he shares three children with to pick him up? What about when he needs to borrow money? Whenever she calls, he breaks his neck. He helps her with her bills and don't give you no money? Her name is on his car title. But what makes matters worse, is that it's his firt love, and when we first met he talked about her all the time, to the point where I couldn't stand to hear her name, and now that she lives closer, I see her more than what I want. She does not bother me, she does not call my house, and she will not come to my home unless he calls her. Is something going on with them? I do know that she called it quits, is it possible that he wants her back?
