You are communicating with a man/woman online and it has become a daily task. You guys exchanged numbers and make plans to meet, although it has been 2 years and you still have not found the time to meet? Relationship or a pen pal? Why?

I think people that are honest with each other are perfectly capable of developing a strong relationship through the internet. Maybe it's just because I'm young, but I never understood why people had such an aversion to the idea of meeting someone through a chat room or forum. Yes, sometimes people are untruthful, and I don't believe you should ever meet someone without being completely sure that you trust them (and even then it would be a good idea to meet in a public place and with accompanying friends), but I think there's also a lot of interesting people to meet on the internet.
