Have you ever heard of Irish Pizza? There was a festival here this weekend for St. Patricks Day and they served Irish Pizza. It was a crust with corn beef, cabbage, and some parmesean cheese on it. They also added some seasonings, not sure what....very tasty...and the green beer was nice too !

Wow, yum, the Irish pizza sounds so good! Was it on a regular crust or was it something kind of different. Was the cabbage typical boiled-type? I may want to try to mock that sometime :)

Wow, that sounds good. And, it probably has less carbs because there was no pizza crust. I think I would like to try that.

I've never heard of this. Corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes seem to be staples in most Irish dishes. I had bubbles & squeak and Irish soda bread on St Patrick's Day.

I have never heard of it but, it sounds wonderful. I'll bet some ground mutton and some mint seasonings would be great on a pizza, also.
