Are you still in touch with your best friends from school days?

Time passes. Circumstances change. People lose touch with each other. Fortunately, I am still in touch with a few good friends from my school days. It can be difficult to keep in touch with people though because their families migrate and they have to leave too, they are sent for studies overseas and do not return, they marry foreigners and settle overseas, etc. Over time, I have lost touch with close friends this way. How about you? Are your best friends from school days still your best friends today? Please treasure them! :)

I'm only in contact with one friend from high school - my best friend though. We went to different colleges, and moved to different parts of the country. We keep in touch via email now, and talk more than we have in years. I only have one friend from college that I talk to either. We live closer and see them 2 or 3 times a year.

I have some of them, and we get in touch when opportunity allows us to do so. Some of my friends are working abroad, so we have hard times in seeing each other. But we try to communicate most of the times, just to keep up with each other's activities. Just recently, I saw a former high school girl friend of mine on friendster. We are communicating to each other every once in a while, and I am happy that she still remembers me!;)

I have one friend from high school that I am still in contact with. It is amazing to think back on when we were there. It seems like yesterday, but it wasn't. We both live out of state from the school we went to, and we took a trip down to see where we lived, and went to school. The changes and everything were shocking. But as for me and her, it doesn't even seem like we have changed. We feel the same inside, but when look at ourselves on the outside, and think about how old we really are, we are like, "hey what has just happened here?"

I'm 40, I'm rather old, a lot of years passed since I finished to go to school. From time to time I happen to meet someone of them, but we are not in touch anymore, and I'm sorry for this because I had a lot of friends when I went to school. I'm happy that you are still in touch with some friends of yours from your school days. You are very young, I hope you'll go on being in touch with them.
